How to Unblock a Number on a SYNC Cell Phone

Samsung SYNCs have a feature, known as the auto-reject list, that allows you to block certain phone numbers. If you wish to allow a number to start calling you again, you must unblock the number from you SYNC cell phone's auto-reject list.

  Press the left soft key for Menu while your SYNC cell phone is in standby mode. Select "Settings," then "Call Settings." Select "All Calls," then "Auto Reject."

  Highlight the Auto Reject List by using the navigation keys. To view the Auto Reject List, press the center navigation key.

  Use the navigation keys to highlight the phone number you wish to unblock. Press the left soft key for "Options" and select "Delete" to unblock the desired phone number from the Auto Reject List.
