How to Uninstall the MetaCrawler Tool Bar
The MetaCrawler search engine compiles results from several other major search engines and displays the relevant results. MetaCrawler also offers a pop-up blocker and a toolbar for the Internet Explorer browser. Users who download and install the pop-up blocker without deselecting the option to install the toolbar as well find the toolbar in place the next time they launch Internet Explorer. Many people dislike cluttering up their display with superfluous toolbars. The process for uninstalling the MetaCrawler toolbar is the same as uninstalling any other Windows program.
