Power on the BlackJack II and open the browser.

Visit the GPS Unlock link (see Resources) on the phone's browser.

Confirm the download of the CAB file when prompted.

If prompted to run, select "Yes," otherwise select the location on the phone to save the file.

Run the CAB file from the saved location if the phone hasn't already prompted.

Restart the phone. Upon restarting, the GPS receiver will be unlocked. Use COM4 as the port when requested.
