How to Use a Pizza Oven at Home
Home pizza ovens work much like professional quality commercial pizza ovens. Designed to fit on your kitchen countertop or in a bar or recreation area, the pizza oven's dual heating elements prepare not only pizza, but snack foods and appetizers as well. Most models contain a stainless steel outer case with a rack inside to set the pizza or other food on. Baking times vary with each product so keep a close eye on your food to avoid overcooking.
