Barat Nikasi involves the bride and groom riding to the wedding site on a horse or an elephant. While the elephant is not possible in Pittsburgh, however, Greenfield Farms in Pittsburgh regularly rents horses to wedding parties. It also offers wedding carriages, if the bride and groom will be traveling to the wedding through a more urban area.

The Sri Shirdi Sai Baba Temple in Monroeville is smaller, but it also has space available for ceremonies. The Hindu Jain temple has space for ceremonies and also offers music services.
