Pry the 1991 F-150's power window switch bezel out of the door panel using the trim tool. Disconnect the switch from the wiring harness by hand.

Remove the screws from the F-150's door panel using your Phillips screwdriver.

Lift the door panel up and off the door by hand and set it aside. Push the F-150's window glass to the top of the window channel by hand.

Tape the glass to the top of the door using packing tape in order to keep it from falling down.

Remove the wiring harness from the base of the window motor by hand. Remove the bolts holding the motor to the door and window regulator using your socket set.

Pull the old window motor out of the door by hand and insert the new one in its place. Bolt the new motor to the F-150's door and window regulator.

Plug the wiring harness into the base of the new window motor by hand. Reinstall the 1991 F-150's door panel in reverse of how you removed it. Peel the packing tape off the glass before operating the power window system.
