My Security Center Won't Open MSC
The Microsoft Security Center is a Windows XP application that has several MSC files used to open utilities from your Control Panel. Microsoft provides an update so you can install these MSC and DLL files on your computer, which repairs them if the files were accidentally deleted or corrupted. The installation is a small number of files, and you can quickly fix errors with your Security Center application.
