Newfolder.exe is an executable folder that is installed by the malicious program Iddono. All traces of Iddono, including newfolder.exe, should be remove immediately. Fortunately, this can be done without the need to purchase expensive anti-malware software.
  • What is it?

    • Iddono is a Remote Access Trojan that first appeared on the Internet in September 2001. Iddono is designed to open a security hole that can be used by a remote hacker to access the personal information on your computer.

    Automatic Removal Tools

    • Iddono can be removed automatically by running an anti-malware program, such as Windows Defender or AVG Anti-virus. To run Windows Defender, which is included with the Windows Vista and 7 operating systems, click "Start," "All Programs," "Windows Defenderk," and then click the "Down Arrow" and select "Full Scan" from the drop-down menu.
