"Return to Ravenhearst 2" Tips

    • "Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst" was developed by Big Fish Games Studios in 2008. The game revolves around finding clues and solving puzzles, and spans over 150 scenes. The game requires Windows XP or Vista, 800 MHz of CPU, 512 MB of RAM, DirectX 7.0 and 348 MB of hard drive space.

    Clue Book

    • The clue book provides you with invaluable information along your way through Ravenhearst Manor. It will give you clues that will point you in the right direction when looking for a particular item and tell you what to do with those items once you have found them. The book is always available for you, so flip through it as often as you need to.

    Sparkling Lights

    • When you enter a scene for the first time, you will occasionally see an area that is full of sparkling lights. These lights signal that there is another scene hidden within the location. Click on and around the sparkling lights to enter the new scene.

    Using Hints

    • The "Hint" button will give you a glowing circle around the area in which you need to find a hidden item in a scene. Typically, the item is located in the center of the glowing circle. Dragging an item from your inventory over the "Hint" tab at the bottom of the page will create a picture of where that particular item needs to go. Your hint tab will refresh after awhile according to how fast you find objects thereafter.

    Final Puzzle

    • The final puzzle of "Mystery Case Files: Return to Ravenhearst" consists of a telephone dial and the task of organizing the numbers in numerical order from one to 17. Use the arrows to move the numbers from side to side. Click on the heart when you want to switch numbers at the top of the dialing oval with ones at the bottom. Once this puzzle is complete the ending scene will be revealed to you.
