National Museum of Play

The National Museum of Play has more than 150,000 square feet of hands-on exhibits suitable for all ages, with activities such as a butterfly garden and a play area dedicated to Sesame Street. The museum offers themed birthday parties that include museum admission, games, cake and goody bags.
Seneca Park Zoo

Seneca Park Zoo is open year-round and offers birthday parties designed for children as young as 3. As part of the party, guests receive discount admission. As of 2010, children ages 2 and younger get in free.
Jump Club

Jump Club is one of Rochester's popular birthday party spots. The club features inflatable toys, slides and other playthings, and there is a special room designed just for toddlers. Birthday party packages are available and include a private play room, pizza and cupcakes, and admission to the general play area for all the guests.
