Habitat Change

A habitat change is generally due to increased land use or the physical modification of rivers. When necessary changes are made they should be done so with the intent to maintain balance. At home, you can do your part by using water conservatively.
Overexploitation

Overexploitation is common in areas where the rate of trapping, hunting and mining is high. Laws have been put into place to help maintain the balance of plants, animals and other living things. However, education on the dangers of overexploitation to all living things including humans should be implemented.
Pollution

For the average person, pollution comes in the form of what is used in the household and how the usage is managed. Deciding not to liter, and to reuse, recycle and conserve is the best way to limit household pollution.
