How to Be a Real Estate Salesperson

Real estate sales isn't a job for everyone. It involves long hours, weekend and evening work and an up-and-down salary. If you have an entrepreneurial spirit, however, it may be the ideal career for you. You can set your own hours, work as much or as little as you like and help people move on to new phases in their lives. The process to become a real estate salesperson in each state is similar, but some states have additional requirements that are clearly defined by the state's department of real estate.
