How to Change the Order of Accounts Appearing in Bill Pay for Quicken

With the Intuit Quicken financial software application you can keep track of multiple accounts and connect with your banking accounts. You can also use the Quicken Bill Pay service to pay your bill on specified times. After you've enrolled with the Bill Pay service then you can manage the service when you select the Quicken Bill Pay tab. The order of accounts that appear on the Bill Pay screen can rearranged at any time using the Customize feature.

      Open the Intuit Quicken application on your computer and then select the "Quicken Bill Pay" tab from the top of the application.

      Click the "Customize" option and then click the "Customize this view" button from the shortcut menu.

      Select the account you want to move from the "Accounts to include" section.

      Click the "Move Up" button to move the account up in the list of accounts. Click the "Move Down" button to move the account down in the order.

      Click the "OK" button and the changes will be saved. The order will appear the way you specified.
