How to Completely Remove Deleted Bills in QuickBooks 2007

Many people use QuickBooks to manage their finances. This program allows you to keep track of bills, payments and schedules. The program is fairly simple to operate, using plain, non-technical language and straightforward menus. If you want to completely remove a deleted bill from the program, it's as simple as clicking a few buttons.

      Select "Chart of Accounts" in the List menu.

      Highlight the "Accounts Payable" option.

      Select the account from which you wish to remove deleted bills.

      Highlight the bill you wish to remove.

      Select "Delete Bill" from the Edit menu.
