  Connect your Creative Zen V to the computer using the included USB cable. The device will automatically enter USB-connection mode.

  Open Creative Media Explorer, the program that comes on a CD with the Zen player.

  Select "Import Media" from the program's top navigation bar. Choose the files that you wish to upload from their location on your computer; click "OK" to copy them to the player.
