SmartShopper is an add-on program for a Web browser that generates a sidebar on your screen whenever you are shopping online. The sidebar shows the best deals SmartShopper can find on the products you are interested it. Not only that, but it also compares the sellers it finds and displays ratings. The SmartShopper works even when you are looking for a hotel or a rental car. However, if you don't need this service, the sidebar can become pretty annoying. You can delete SmartShopper using the standard Windows uninstall feature.

  Go to the Start Menu and click "Control Panel."

  Scroll through the list of currently installed programs in the "Programs and Features" window, click "SmartShopper" and then "Uninstall."
