How to Select a Tank in "Left 4 Dead"

The "Tank" of "Left 4 Dead" is a monstrous beast that is the strongest zombie available. In "Versus" mode you're able to play as "Survivors" or "Infected," although you aren't given the option to select your specific member of the "Infected." Your only option to play as a "Tank" is to keep playing as a member of the "Infected" until you are randomly chosen to be the most powerful zombie of them all.

  Start "Left 4 Dead." Choose the option for "Versus Mode."

  Select any level you'd like and play through as the "Survivors" team. Start again as one of the "Infected."
