How to Disable Voicemail Accounts on Starplus
Starplus Voicemail is a needed feature, but there are times when you no longer want a call to go to voicemail. For instance, you need to turn off voicemail when a user leaves the company or is transferred to another area, or when a visiting executive or employee returns to his home office branch. When you turn off the voicemail feature for a certain user, you can choose to allow the phone to continually ring until the call returns to the attendant's desk, or send it to a busy signal.
