How to Find a Dark Stone in "Pokemon Diamond"

A dark stone, or "dusk stone," is a coveted item in "Pokémon Diamond." This little bit of rock is necessary for making your Misdreavus evolve into a Mismagius or your Murkrow into a Honchkrow. Mismagius is a powerful ghost-type Pokémon who can learn a devastating array of ghost and psychic moves. Honchkrow is a dark/flying type and can learn advanced moves of that nature. Either would make a powerful ally for any Pokémon trainer looking to be the very best.

  Fly to Veilstone City. This will be available after the battle at the lake in Snowpoint during the main campaign.

  Talk to the Galactic Grunt stationed outside of Team Galactic HQ. He will provide you with a keycard.

  Enter the Team Galactic warehouse in Veilstone City and open the locked door that is inside. The game will automatically use your keycard for you.

  Pick up the item on the ground, represented by a small ball-shaped thing, once past the locked door. This will be your dark stone.
