How to Fix French Outlook Spellcheck

Microsoft Office Outlook can use one or many language packs, and can spell-check using any of them. Outlook can have a problem in which it incorrectly auto-detects which language you are typing in. It can also have a problem where the default language setting is mysteriously changed and requires you to revert it manually in order to fix French Outlook spell-check functionality.
