Navigate to the Sansa driver page to download the drivers for your particular Sansa model (See Resources). Install the drivers by double-clicking on the file after it downloads.

Connect your Sansa device to your computer with the USB cable specific for that device.

Select "Windows Media Player" from the "Start" menu in windows.

Click and drag your MP4 video to the "Sync List" section of the "Sync" tab in Windows Media Player. Click "Start Sync" to download the video to your player.

Disconnect your player from your computer. Use the player's controls to navigate to the "Video" section of the player. Click the MP4 video listed there to begin playback.
