How to Go Straight to Answer Phone on Mobile Phones

There are many reasons for wanting to leave a voicemail without actually talking to the person you are calling, such as being short on time or wanting to avoid an awkward conversation. Whatever the reason, some companies, such as Slydial, make it possible. Slydial's basic service is free. There are a number of smart phone applications that also offer similar straight-to-voicemail services.

Dial 267-SLYDIAL (267-759-3425) on your mobile or home phone. The "267" area code is based in Pennsylvania. Although any U.S. citizen can use this service, long distance charges may apply.

Enter the U.S. mobile phone number of the person you wish to call when prompted to do by the Slydial recording. This service does not work for calls to landlines, or calls outside of the U.S.

Listen to 20 seconds of advertisements before being redirected to the voicemail of the mobile phone you are calling. The advertisements are what keep the service free. If you do not wish to listen to them you can sign up for a paid monthly or yearly membership, or a pay-per-use membership.

Record your voice message. Customers using the free service are limited to a 90-second message.
