The Magellan Maestro 3250 GPS navigation device features voice-guided, turn-by-turn directions, Bluetooth connectivity, more than six million points of interest (POI) and an integrated AAA TourBook guide. The device also reads street names, so drivers never need to take their eyes off the road. As of late 2010, the Maestro 3250 can be purchased for approximately $185.

The device includes NAVTEQ maps for the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico. It features a memory card slot that accepts Secure Digital memory cards for additional storage space. An internal lithium-ion battery is used to power the device, which can run for three hours on a single charge.
Navigation Features

Drivers can use the device's Traffic Message Channel to receive traffic updates. The device reads street names aloud when providing navigation directions, and it also accepts voice commands from users. Drivers can choose to receive directions that avoid toll roads and freeways or have the device show the shortest or fastest route. If drivers leave their route, the device's Back-On-Track feature helps them get on the right road.

The device uses a built-in antenna, microphone and speaker. It features a preinstalled POI database, AAA travel guide and Bluetooth hands-free calling. Maps can be viewed in either 2D or 3D. The 3250 comes with a Traffic Message Channel antenna, car holder and a car power adapter. A one-year warranty is included.
