How to Make International Calls From a Land Line

Making international phone calls from a land line is similar to making international phone calls from a mobile phone. When you make an international phone call, you must know your country's exit code as well as the country code for the destination country you are calling. As long as you know these codes and the phone number you need to dial, you can make an international phone call on a land line or a mobile phone.

  Dial your country's exit code. If you are calling from the United States or Canada, this code is "011."
