How to Make a Web Page on a Server & Configure it Using IIS
The Internet Information Services (IIS) application runs on any Windows server, so you can use it to host your own website. You can also use it to host a test website, so you can verify your code is functional before uploading it to the live site. After you set up a website, you add an HTML file to the website's directory. This tests the new website setup to verify it is configured correctly.
