How to Obtain a Recovery CD for the HP Pavilion A14187C

  Click the "Support & Drivers" tab on the HP homepage (see Resources).

  Select "Download drivers and software (and firmware)" in "Section 1" of the "Software & Drivers" section.

  Enter your product name or number in "Section 2" and press "Go."

  Select your computer's original operating system from the drop-down menu and click "Next."

  Click "Recovery Kit" from the "Recovery Media" page to order your recovery CD.
