How to Print a Trifold Brochure

A trifold brochure is a visually appealing type of marketing device. It is unobtrusive and more readily embraced by potential clients than other forms of marketing. Usually, these brochures would be printed in bulk by professorial printers. With the advent of tools like sophisticated word processors, the home printer and high-quality printing paper, more and more small business are printing these brochures from home or the office. Printing your own trifold brochures is a straightforward process.

  Insert a page of high-gloss printer paper into the printer.

  Click on "Start" and then on "All Programs." Point to your word processor and click.

  Click on "File" and then on "Open." Open the brochure document by double-clicking on it.

  Click on "File" and then click on "Print."

  Select the printer by clicking within the Name box in the print dialog box and clicking on the printer that you would like to use.

  Point the mouse cursor to the "Pages" option under the Page Range section of the print dialog. Type "1" into the Pages section. Click on "OK."

  Carefully remove the paper after allowing it to air dry for at least two minutes.

  Return the paper to the printer, top side down. Click on "File" and then on "Print." In the print dialog box, select your printer as you did in step 5 and then type "2" in the Pages box. Click "OK." Allow the paper to air dry before removing it.
