How to Remove Fake Tan Marks

Sunless tanning products can provide you with suntanned skin without the harmful exposure of the suns rays. They also eliminate the need for laying in a tanning bed for long periods of time. According to sunless.com, all sunless tanning products contain the active ingredient dihydroxyacetone. This chemical reacts with the dead skin cells in the uppermost layer of skin. The reaction results in a color change. Sunless tanning lotions can cause streaks and dark spots if they are applied incorrectly. It is time-consuming, but these marks can be removed.
