How to Remove the Microsoft Money 2007 Program

Microsoft Money 2007 is Microsoft's latest personal finance software. As of June 30, 2009, Microsoft has stopped selling copies of Microsoft Money, Microsoft Money Plus and all other versions of Microsoft Money. If you no longer use the program, uninstalling Microsoft Money will speed up your computer's hard drive as Microsoft Money 2007 takes up a large amount of hard drive space.

  Click on the "Start" button. Click "Control Panel."

  Open "Programs" and click on "Uninstall a program," which is under the "Programs and Features" section.

  Locate "Microsoft Money 2007" in the list of programs. Click on it once to highlight it.

  Click the "Uninstall" button. Close the "Control Panel."

  Click on the "Start" menu. Open "Computer" and double click "Local Disk (C:)."

  Locate the "Money 2007" folder and right click it. Select "Delete."
