How to Reset a BMW CBS Service Interval

Many BMW vehicles are equipped with a Condition Based Service (CBS) maintenance system that alerts the driver when service needs to be done. The system will display the type of service needed based on information it collects from sensors in the vehicle. After each service item has been completed, the CBS system needs to be reset so the computer can accurately calculate the next service interval.
