How to Reset a Polycom SoundPoint IP330

If you start to experience performance issues with your Polycome SoundPoint IP 330 phone, resetting the device to its factory settings may help to solve the issue. To reset the device, you need to access several options through the menu. Keep in mind, however, that resetting the phone to its factory settings erases any changes you made to it.
