Restart the computer.

Press "F11" once the computer begins to start back up to access the HP Recovery Manager.

Click "System Recovery" and click "Next." Choose "No" in the Microsoft window that opens and click "Next."

Click the "Backup Your Files First" option and follow the steps displayed by the wizard if you want to create a backup of the personal files on your hard drive before they are erased by the restore, or click "Next" to begin the restore process. The recovery partition will restore your hard disk to the original operating condition and resolve any issues you are experiencing.
