How to Rip Songs From Rhapsody

Rhapsody offers users the ability to listen to unlimited music for a monthly fee, but not the ability to save it. Several third-party companies offer software that allows you to record the streaming video to your hard drive.

      Download and install Applian. It costs $39.95 as of 2010, but you can try the software with the free trial. Click the hexagon button to begin recording the songs from Rhapsody you want to record. The menu bar shows "Active" as it records.

      Download All Streaming Media. This software costs $49.95 as of 2010. Select the "Record or Download" button to begin recording the music you want.

      Download Sound Taxi. This software costs $14.90 as of 2010. Click the "Settings" option to select the format you want the music to be saved in. Choose "Convert" to save the music.
