How to Uninstall Remote Access Services

Remote access services, including Remote Desktop, are pre-installed applications loaded when you install the Windows operating system. You can't fully remove the files on the Windows computer, but you can disable the service so that people are unable to remotely control your computer. This feature is available in the Windows system settings. Disabling remote access services ensures that other people cannot gain access to your computer using Remote Desktop.
