Once you select and purchase a plan, a certified HughesNet installer will come out and connect a satellite modem to your computer and attach a satellite dish to your home. The installer then will link the modem to the dish. All wiring (up to 125 feet), the satellite dish, the satellite modem and a grounding block are included as part of the standard installation package. Addition options, such as router configuration, may be offered by some certified installers for an additional fee.
