Click the IMG Saver icon on your iPhone screen. Wait for the application to load.

Hit "Import History" and automatically import images from mobile Safari. From the list of URLs, select the one you want. View the image and click the "Save" button at the top of the screen.

Press the "Enter Manually" button to manually enter a URL for a photo. Make sure you type in the full URL for the image like so: http://www.website.com/picture.jpg.
Once you hit "Enter," the image will be displayed on the screen. Click the "Save" button to save the image to your camera roll.
