How to Use Norstar 7310 Voicemail Settings

The Norstar M7310 is a telephone with 10 different lines and the ability to conference call, put people on hold and perform other functions. These phones often appear in office settings. The Norstar M7310 also has the ability to set up a voicemail system. In the Norstar M7310 voicemail system, the settings you can change are the voicemail message that incoming callers hear and your password.

Voicemail Message

  Press the "Voicemail" button or the "Feature" button and dial "981."

  Enter your password. Press the "ADMIN" key.

  Press "GREET" and press "REC." Press "PRIME" and choose "YES."

  Record your new message. Click "OK" to stop end the message. Press "OK" again to accept your new message.

  Press "Voicemail" or "Feature." Dial "981."

  Enter your voicemail password and press "ADMIN."

  Press "PASS." Enter your old password and click "OK." Enter your new password and click "OK" to accept it.
