Huffy Bicycle Specs

• Huffy Corporation, founded by George P. Huffman, began making bicycles in Dayton, Ohio in 1892. Huffy introduced the innovative Huffy Radio Bicycle in 1955, which featured a built-in radio, and sold its 100 millionth bike in 2006. Today, Huffy offers a wide selection of designs, including bicycles, scooters and tricycles for adults and children. Customers can choose from rugged mountain bike styles, Disney themes and classic city cruisers.

Disney Cars

• Huffy recommends the Disney Cars bicycle for boys ages 3 to 5 years old and customers can choose from black or mirror red frame colors. The bike has 12-inch black tires and includes training wheels. The Disney Cars model includes a Lightning McQueen cargo bag, an adjustable seat and handlebar grips with lightning bolt designs.

Blackwater

• The 26-inch Blackwater mountain bike comes with a cobalt blue frame and is recommended for boys age 12 years old and up. The bike features knobby-style, black, 26-inch tires and a steel handlebar with soft grips.

Newport

• The Newport cruiser-style bicycle comes with a champagne color frame and 26-inch wheels. Recommended for males 12 years of age and older, the Newport has a spring suspension and wide seat. The bike sports steel fenders, whitewall tires, foam grips and a kickstand for parking.

Dora the Explorer

• The Dora the Explorer bicycle features a red frame and 12-inch white tires. Recommended for girls 3 to 5 years of age, the bike has a padded seat, padded crossbar and a handlebar bag. The Dora the Explorer model comes equipped with training wheels.

Black Widow

• Huffy recommends the Black Widow mountain bike for males age 12 years old and up. It sports a black frame, 26-inch wheels and padded seat. Riders have the versatility of seven speeds and the added control offered by Huffy ATB handlebar grips.

Puppy Love

• Huffy designed the Puppy Love model for girls from between the ages of 3 and 6 years old. The bike sports an ocean blue frame and 18-inch knobby-style tires. Puppy Love features a handlebar bag with water bottle, a bell, white tires and streamers. The crossbar and stem include padding for protection.
