Search for the pump belt access door. When viewing the Pro Heat from the rear, the pump belt access door is on the left side of the unit. It's a triangular panel. You'll see a notch on the rear of the panel. Insert your flat-head screwdriver into the notch to depress the clip. Pry upward to remove the access panel. You'll see the pump belt.

Installation Instructions for a Pump Belt in a Bissell Pro Heat Steam Cleaner
The Bissell Pro Heat steam cleaner has two belts. The primary belt powers the brush roll. Removing and replacing this belt is a bit difficult, since the lower panel on the unit has to come off. The other belt is the pump belt. The pump belt gets its power from the motor, like the brush roll belt. However, it uses its power to drive the dispersement pump. This is the spray system that ejects the steam-cleaning solution. Installing the pump belt isn't difficult.
