Panasonic DP-2330 Copier Instructions

When copiers were introduced into the workplace several decades ago, they made life easier for secretaries, administrators, teachers and a variety of other professions. Copiers allow you to make multiple copies of an original document that has already been printed out. If you are new to copy machines and are using a Panasonic DP-2330 copier machine there are a few simple steps to follow to make sure that you are making copies properly.

Place your original document in the copier machine. Copier machines work by reflecting light onto a document and then reprinting the blacked-out portions, which would include the text and photos on the original document. Open the cover on your Panasonic DP-2330 copier machine and place your original document facedown on the glass. To make sure your copies are level, align your original document in the upper left-hand corner of the copier machine.

Select the "original size" and "copy" settings. On the front of the Panasonic DP-2330 copier machine you should see several buttons that allow you to alter the settings of the machine. Make sure that the button labeled "copy" and the button labeled "original size" are lit up. If they are not lit up, depress the buttons to select them.

Select how many copies you wish to make and then hit copy. Next to the settings buttons you should also see up and down arrows that allow you to change the number of copies you wish to make. Press up on the up arrow until the copier displays the correct amount of copies you wish to make, then press the copy button. The Panasonic DP-2330 copier will then print out the copies you requested.
