• Choose a shape such as a flower. Place the grandmother's birthstone in the center of the flower. Petals would flow from the center of the flower. The number of petals would represent each of her children. A grandmother with four children has four petals coming from the center. On each petal is her child's birthstone and the birthstone of her grandchildren born to that particular child. If child one has two children, pedal one would have three birthstones representing her child and each grandchild. Book a romantic getaway package for grandmother who wants to travel with her spouse. Give them a second honeymoon to a place they have always wanted to visit.
