Removal of Automatic Updates

The Microsoft Automatic Update service provides periodic updates to Windows and other Microsoft-related programs. Occasionally, an update can cause a third-party program or feature to not function properly. When this occurs, you may need to remove the Windows update until the conflicting program provides a compatible update. All automatic updates can be removed through the Installed Updates component located in the Windows Control Panel.
