Troubleshooting Rhapsody
Rhapsody is a music service requiring a subscription, which allows users to download music straight to their computer. Each subscription varies by price, determining the amount of songs a user is allowed to download a month. Sometimes users have a difficult time getting some of the Rhapsody features to work. These issues need to be fixed, requiring troubleshooting methods to find the problem.
