Definition

An auxiliary jack is a jack that allows a user to connect an electronic device to a stereo or car player for playing. These players have their own "Auxiliary mode" that allows the jack to be used.
Cables
-
Most, if not all, auxiliary jacks require an RCA 3.5mm Stereo cable in order to connect the item to the auxiliary jack. Some jacks may require another type of cable; you should consult your stereo's manual to see if this is the case for your device.
Connection Setup
-
The other end of the stereo cable should be connected to the electronic device's "Line out" jack. If no such jack exists on the device, use the "headphone jack" instead.
