Commercial Spot Removers
-
A regular spot remover may take out many ink stains. To use, put a clean cloth under the ink stain and apply spot remover on the opposite side of the ink. The ink should transfer to the clean cloth. Spot removers are available in spray or roll-on form.
Other Products That Remove Ink

The same method may also be used with hairspray, lemon juice, natural soap, petroleum jelly, a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and water, a mixture of hydrogen peroxide and ammonia, or glycerin. All have been known to successfully take out ink.
Warning
-
Do not attempt to take out ink spots in dry-clean-only clothing on your own. Read the care label before attempting to take out ink --- dry-clean-only clothing should be handled by a professional.
