      Ely Callaway founded Callaway Golf in 1982. The company became the top manufacturer in sales of irons in 1995 and achieved the distinction of being the world's biggest club producer a year later. Callaway's list of clients has included notable professionals such as Arnold Palmer, Annika Sorenstam, Phil Mickelson and Graeme McDowell. The Callaway X-20 iron series focuses on providing exceptional levels of performance and more forgiveness on shots.

    2, 3 and 4 Irons

    • The Callaway X-20 2-iron has a loft of 18 degrees and a lie angle of 60 degrees. It has a bounce angle of 0.5 degrees and is 39.5 inches long. The 3-iron has a loft of 21 degrees and a lie angle of 60.5 degrees. It has a bounce angle of 1 degree and is 39 inches long. The 4-iron has a loft of 24 degrees and lie angle of 61 degrees. It has a bounce angle of 1.5 degrees and is 38.5 inches long. All three clubs have a swing weight of D0.

    5, 6 and 7 Irons

    • The 5-iron has a loft of 27 degrees and a lie angle of 61.5 degrees. It has a bounce angle of 2 degrees and is 38 inches long. The 6-iron has a loft of 30 degrees and a lie angle of 62 degrees. It has a bounce angle of 2.5 degrees and is 37.5 inches long. The 7-iron has a loft of 33 degrees and a lie angle of 62.5 degrees. It has a bounce angle of 3 degrees and is 37 inches long.     Shafts

    • The X-20 irons are available with the Callaway Golf X-20 Men's Graphite shaft as well as the Uniflex Steel shaft. The X-20 graphite shafts are available with light, regular and stiff flex and weigh between 71 and 80 grams, while the uniflex shaft weighs 112g. Clubs fitted with the uniflex shaft are 0.25 inches shorter and have a heavier swing weight.
