Use about 100 small "spacer" beads (if you are using string), 53 "Hail Mary" beads, and six "Our Father" beads. The "Our Father" beads can be identical to the "Hail Mary" beads, or they can be larger and fancier.

If you are skilled at making jewelry, you can use eyepins, jump rings and small lengths of chain instead of string.
Spacing

On either side of every Father bead, add four or five spacer beads or a short length of chain. Between Mary beads, use only a single spacer bead or connect the eyepins directly.
Assembly
