  No one likes to let food go to waste. With some simple food-saver hints, it becomes easier than ever to keep your leftovers fresh in the freezer, fridge or pantry. In addition to saving leftovers, preparing and packaging food at the beginning of the week can help make meal time easier for the days to come. Freeze Perfect Portions

• One way to make preparing meals throughout the week easier is to pre-make and freeze perfect portions.
