How do I Troubleshoot the Installation of Adobe Professional 8?

Adobe Acrobat Professional 8 is a program that allows portable document format (PDF) file creation, and was released in 2007 for Windows-based PCs. Errors when installing the software may be caused by another Adobe program open on your computer, which will prevent the installation wizard from proceeding with the program installation, according to Adobe. Previous versions of Acrobat can prevent a successful installation of the new software, and must be removed prior to installing Adobe Professional 8.
