How to Add a Windows Printer to an FC9
Fedora Core 9 is a community-supported Linux-based operating system that is the basis for Red Hat's enterprise Linux product. Fedora supports printing to printers shared from a Windows system over the network after they're added to the local computer's list of printers. Fedora's graphical printing configuration tool doesn't provide an obvious way of adding Windows printers, but you can add them manually. After you add the Windows printer to your FC9 system, you can print from any application and select the Windows printer from the list of available printers.
